Location: Conroe, Texas (Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport)

Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Compensation: $10–12/hour (depending on experience)

We're seeking an enthusiastic Hangar Assistant who values quality work and wants to be part of our aviation team.

What You'll Do

Maintain our professional facility through general labor and upkeep
Detail aircraft interiors and exteriors to our exacting standards
Organize and manage parts inventory with precision
Run errands and complete logistical tasks as assigned
Support our technicians and operations team with day-to-day activities
Ensure our hangar and offices remain safe, clean, and well-organized

Qualifications & Skills
Required:

Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance)
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout the workday
Comfort working in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, noisy, or dusty)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background and drug screening

Preferred:

Interest in aviation or mechanical work
Previous experience in warehouse, maintenance, or service roles
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Additional Details

This is an on-site role at our Conroe airport facility
Regular schedule within Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Occasional weekend, evening, or holiday work may be required
