Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator is crucial for supporting and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including direct mail campaigns, social media, content strategy, and the coordination of graphic design and marketing collateral. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and effective project management skills. A strong candidate will be passionate about aviation and eager to develop engaging marketing initiatives that captivate our audience and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on direct mail campaigns, to effectively promote our services and products.
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.
Participate in content strategy development and oversee the creation of compelling content for our blog, social media channels, and website.
Coordinate with graphic designers and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, maximizing our brand’s visibility.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to refine and improve future marketing strategies.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, recommending innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience, demonstrating success in project management from inception to completion.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience coordinating marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively.
Proficient in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented, with exemplary organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and competent in data interpretation.
A genuine interest in aviation is highly beneficial.

Location: This position is located at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport in Conroe, TX. Full-time preferred. Remote work is not available for this position.
