Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Demonstrate your proficiency in media creation and editing, especially with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
Video Production Wizardry: Develop and refine engaging videos for our website and social media platforms, capturing our brand and the aviation industry's essence.
YouTube and Social Media Savvy: Manage our YouTube channel and strategically distribute content across various social media platforms.
Digital Marketing Innovator: Assist in developing and implementing digital ads and online marketing strategies to amplify our brand.
Photography and Videography Enthusiast: Provide support in our photography and videography endeavors, showcasing your artistic talent.

Qualifications:

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with both Mac and PC.
Design Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, including typography.
Multimedia Mastery: Skill in developing engaging multimedia content.
Communication and Media Production: Capable in media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
Web Know-How: Good understanding of browser capabilities.
Creative Thinker: Exceptional creativity, originality, and idea fluency.
Detail-Oriented: Outstanding attention to detail.
Adaptable and Flexible: Ability to handle the evolving needs of a growing company.
Team Player and Self-Directed: Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Location and Work Hours:

This is an in-office role based in Conroe, Texas.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Remote work is not available. This position is based in Conroe, TX.
Relocation benefits are not available.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $14-20 per hour, depending on experience.
Opportunity for advancement.

Benefits:

Paid Holidays (eligible after the introductory period): New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, plus an Optional Floating Holiday.
Group Health Insurance: HPA covers 50% of the employee's premium (eligible after 60 days).
Vacation / Paid Time Off: Earned progressively with tenure, ranging from 1 week (1-2 years) up to 4 weeks (11-20 years), starting after 6 months.
